Join HiCo’s Founding Cohort and elevate how you communicate in Colombia.

We are HiCo, born from the belief that communication is the bridge between opportunity and achievement.
More than a language school, we’re a collective of strategists, educators, and cultural experts who understand that mastering a language means mastering context, confidence, and connection.
We merge cultural immersion with business communication to help global leaders navigate the Colombian and Latin American markets with authenticity and impact.
Our mission is to empower you to lead with confidence, communicate effectively, and turn Spanish into your most powerful competitive advantage.

An intensive 8-session program designed as a business accelerator.
This is not a traditional Spanish course — it’s a tactical training focused 100% on Colombia’s cultural and business context.
Here, you don’t memorize rules; you learn how to lead meetings, write persuasive emails, and negotiate with confidence.

English-speaking professionals and executives with an intermediate level of Spanish (A2–B1) who feel “stuck.”
It’s designed for leaders doing business in Colombia who value efficiency, tangible results, and ROI over academic theory.

Tactical mastery: You’ll stop sounding like a student and start communicating like a leader.
Competitive advantage: You’ll turn Spanish from a barrier into a strategic tool to build trust, strengthen relationships, and close deals.
VIP access: As part of the founding cohort, you’ll help shape the curriculum, work directly with the founders, and secure a special discounted rate that won’t be offered again.

Format: Live virtual sessions
Duration: 8 sessions (2 per week, 1.5 hours each)
Investment: $360 USD

It was nice to focus only on Colombian culture, but was nice to have a concept of other Spanish speaking countries. Like the sentence «me regala» is typical for Colombia, but in other countries they use other word.
She was really nice and explained everything in a clear way. In a moment when I didn’t understand her, she tried to said that in other way, not to translate (which is easier). It was nice, that she wrote some words in the chat as well. Very useful and easier to remember words
I definitely enjoyed the cultural context of the lesson. Living in Spain, I only know tinto as vino! Thanks to this lesson I know that in Colombia it’s coffee! So tinto is the word I didn’t get before in this version but now I got it!
I also was happy about the flexibility of the lesson, to adjust it to my needs, so I believe that flexibility is a good technique and approach. Because it turned out that the welcome topic was too easy for me but it’s got expanded and individualized on the go
1. We didn’t talk about any complex ideas I believe… we didn’t go into serious grammar. We briefly touched the topic of columbian civil war which is of course super complex but it was a short digression.
Based on this amazing flexibility of the tutor I believe that she’s flexible enough to reach for different ideas how to explain anything in the most interesting and simple way.
2. The flow of the lesson was great, time flew by swiftly and the tutor made it totally comfortable for me to jump in.
3. A well-structured yet flexible Spanish lesson with an individual approach perfectly matched to my needs.
4. What stood out most was how well the tutor listened and adapted the lesson instantly, making the class both effective and enjoyable rather than rushed or generic 🫶
